Actually Peng Meng, respectfully, it is listed online in our Terms and Conditions: 5. Luggage and personal property must be confined to trunk, with no heavy articles, and not to exceed 100 lbs.. And we tell everybody the same thing on the phone and in our Order Confirmation. Basically, a little bit is okay but please do not take advantage of the carrier - thanks!
