This was the first time that I used Direct Express Auto Transport and I was satisfied. One improvement that I would suggest is more communication with the customer. For pick up and delivery I was the one contacting the company for updates regarding my car's schedule. Otherwise, the customer service was good and my car came in good condition minus dirt as it clearly had traveled through some bad weather and I chose to use the open carrier. The driver was polite and nothing was stolen from my car.
