I would rate the experience as excellent once the vehicle was picked up. There was a one week delay because the dispatcher for the first trucking company didn't communicate with the driver so the driver didn't pick up the car on the promised day. When I contacted Direct Express Auto to tell them about the problem, they put me on a "priority" list and within a day we had another company scheduled to pick up the car. They arrived as promised (although it was one week later than the first trucking company) but they performed in an excellent manner and delivered the car two days earlier than promised. The auto was in 100% perfect condition. I would use the service again. They did perform and the price was better than two other companies.
