I am so happy I decided to use Autotransport Direct. They quoted me the best price and I received my car in less than a week. I was so happy because other companies said it would take about 2 weeks to receive my car. The driver we were also very kind and professional. They even worked around my dad's schedule and found a good time to pick up my car. They call you as soon as it gets into your delivery area and deliever the car within a few days.
Moving across the county is a very stressful time and I was never stressed about my car because of this company. Every time I called about questions, they were answered. Every time you call, a real person answer the phone and that makes a big difference. Kelly was my main contact person and help decrease my stress with her calm voice. I was getting stressed because I almost had to ship a different car and did not know what to do. Kelly put a note on my account.
