I could not have been happier with the service I received from Direct Express. I was very nervous purchasing and transporting a 35-year-old collector car out of state and over 1,000 miles distant, having never done this before. I did an Internet search and contacted 5 or 6 other transport service companies, and all of them quoted a much higher price for an enclosed truck, some more than two times what I eventually paid to Direct Express and the carrier they used. From the point I contacted them, the representative I spoke with, Kelly, was very friendly and walked me through the process, patiently answering all of my questions. She was quick to call me back when I had additional questions about logistics and delivery. In short, they secured a great carrier and driver, at the best price I could find, and most importantly, my car was delivered unscratched and a bit ahead of schedule! I was so pleased that I tipped the driver $100! I would highly recommend Direct Express, and will definitely use their service again if I ever buy another vehicle this way.
