Review of Direct Express Auto Shipping

My review: Pickup was one day late and delivery was one day late. In my opinion, Direct Express needs to communicate more with their customers and keep them better informed as to status of their shipment. I was given the name of the shipping company but not the driver's name, although I was able to research online and find that out and in what state he was based. Also, the truck driver could have phoned me more and given me updates as to where he was and when he thought he would be in my town. There were a few unexpected delays. The waiting was a bit agonizing but in the end it all turned out OK. I got my vehicle, it was clean and undamaged, so I guess that's all that matters. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give both parties about a six, or seven. Not the best, nor the worst, but there is room for improvement....
