As a first time transporter I was unaware of the process to get a driver assigned in a timely fashion. The team was helpful in getting information to me in a timely fashion; ultimately the driver showed up right on time on the day I had requested. The driver actually got to my house earlier than expected, which was also a bonus. All told, a very nice job handled by everyone.
