Good experience. The car was picked up on the date as scheduled. It took 4 days longer than expected to arrive. The CS rep gave me the driver's name and phone # whom I called 3 or 4 times
to get a status update. The driver reported mechanical issues along with a flat tire that caused delays. The car was in perfect condition upon delivery. My only suggestion would be that the company use some kind of GPS tracking device so the customer would have a better handle
on the location of the driver and approximate better timing for arrival.
