This was my first experience with transporting a vehicle. When I placed the initial call Jenny explained the process in detail. I was a last of a minute decision to transport my vehicle so I had to leave it at a friends house not my residence in Arizona.It was picked up in 6 days which I thought was pretty good considering it fell over Memorial Day weekend. Pick up went smoothly. It was delivered 3 days later in Illinois. Driver was very friendly. Car was dirty as to be expected but no scratches or dents. The overall experience was an excellent one.
