I had my uncle's pickup delivered from Iowa to Atlanta. This vehicle means a lot to me and I was concerned about having transported. However, after researching a number of companies I felt comfortable with Direct Express. The price I was quoted was cheaper than the other transporters I had researched and definitely less than what it would have cost me to fly up and drive the truck back. Randy (the driver) was incredible. He was friendly, professional and expertly managed the entire process, from pick-up to delivery. He called my relatives to arrange a pick-up point and was where he said he'd be when he said he'd be there. His delivery time estimate in Atlanta was right on target. Thanks in a very large part to him this process was smooth and painless.

I was prepared for the transport to take about two weeks, based on the experiences of a couple co-workers who'd had vehicles transported in the past (not with Direct Express) and other transporters that I had considered. However, from the time I set up the my request over the Web to the time Randy delivered my vehicle, barely four days had passed. I considered this extraordinary service!

My truck was delivered in the exact condition it was before leaving Iowa. I was expecting a few rock chips and maybe a minor ding or two to be picked up along the way, but that was not the case! Again, I was pleasantly surprised.

I will not hesitate to recommend Direct Express to anybody wanting to transport a vehicle. And I will certainly contact you again if I ever need to transport again. Thanks a million for an excellent service at a fair price. I couldn't be happier with my decision to use Direct Express! These people are top-notch professionals.
