Quote was competitive and compared to others that rated high, a bit under the average. Using the website was easy and I had an agreement quickly.
Within two days I was assigned a carrier, he had contacted my mother in law for a pickup and we were rolling. My mother in law lives out on country roads and not used to such excitement. The driver was extremely flexible and helpful finding a nearby drop off that would accomodate such a big truck. He gave her a ride back to the house and everything turned out great. I was most worried about her having to deal with complications and she had nothing but nice things to say.
They estimated 10 days to get to California and 9 days later we got the call they would be there the next day. He gave me a 2 hour window which worked well with my work schedule and was there right at the start of the window. Walter was very friendly and helpful reviewing the condition (which was just as it was turned over).
All and all a great experience. I would highly recommend and use again.
