The customer service representative worked with me very closely and answered all of my questions and concerns (and the price, $475, she quoted me was $25 cheaper than the online price!). Your website is put together very well and had all of the necessary info to verify your status with the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Transportation.
The driver called me on the very first evening that my car was available to be picked up and delivered it to my brother in the next two days. He was very friendly and went over all of the necessary forms from damage claims, contact information, and gave a rough estimate on when he would be delivering the vehicle.
Everything worked out so well that I also recommended you to my mother to have her automobile shipped out. Your company was also very quick in setting up her delivery.
All in all it was a very good experience. I never felt pressured to make a spot decision on setting everything up and was given the opportunity to check other companies (although I didn't find any better). Great doing business with you.
