The whole transaction was simple. The people on the phone at Direct Express Auto Transport were pleasant to speak with,they assigned a carrier very quickly. They responded to me with prompt Email. The carrier assigned was Federal Carrier Inc. The driver called me before pick up,during the pick up and gave me a call enroute. It worked out great! I would use the system again for any other car transport.
