After getting quotes from a few different brokers with tons of different reasons why they "were best" I asked a friend for a referral and Direct Express Auto Transport was recommended to me. From the very first contact with them they were professional, fast, had great communication and did what they said they would do and absolutely met my needs!
When I ran into a delay with having my vehicle available and needed to postpone pickup by a day, the driver was very accommodating. When his trailer wouldn't make it down my street because of low hanging tree branches he walked down the block from a larger street to pick up the car and was very clear about. Then he delivered in just 3 days - and on a holiday (Labor Day) to boot. The car was just as it was when he picked it up and I couldn't be more satisfied.
Overall this was a great experience. I appreciated that they didn't give me a hard sell or try to scare me with horror stories about other companies. I also thought the driver was great. Thanks for a good experience Direct Express!
