The company contact person was excellent and kept me informed of what was going on with the car. She called and told me the time he would meet me and he was there at that exact time... that amazes me!!! Someone cared about you not sitting and waiting all day. They need to tell the dealearships that, they don't seem to care at all that these people work and have a schedule to keep. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for using such capable experienced people, it just made all the difference.
