8 Days and nothing happened so I cancelled

They have a 7 day window to at least arrange for a truck well today is the 8th day and they know no more today than they did 4-5 days ago. Got a call from another company that said they could pick the car up today so I cancelled my order with Direct Express. I see they have a good rating but if you want to get a car from Florida to Michigan in a decent time frame try elsewhere.

Dan (not Jeff) of Michigan cancelled his order seven days after making it available. We wish Jeff as he calls himself, well in his future endeavors.
