I used Direct Express before when transporting a vehicle from PA to CA. We had some issues getting a driver assigned but Direct Express reimbursed some of my money to me so I could ante up the incentive to get a driver to pick up the car ( ~ 3weeks later). I was a little hesitant about signing them up again, but because they went out of their way to try to get a driver assigned, I decided to go with them.
This time around everything went very well. I moved up the pick-up date and the customer service folks easily accommodated. The driver called and was at my house the night before the scheduled pick-up. Very fast service cross country. No issues with the carrier or the car's condition on arrival.
