Patience. That's what you'll need with this company. Unlike other brokers who would call you until you've booked with them, this company doesnt. I went for it since it was the lowest price on the market and because of all the five stars on this website's reviews. When the policy is 1-7 days for a pickup and 3-10 days for a delivery, shouldnt everything be termed ontime?

The trucking company was Pearl Transporters. If you are looking for professionalism, this is not the place. My car was picked up on Fri (5 days after the available pickup date), but left Texas on a Monday. Nobody called to tell me that it was on the way or when I could expect it. Poor customer service from both DAS and Pearl. I had to proactively follow up with the truck driver to track where he was and when he would deliver.

Anyway, my two cents on it, follow up with the reps and the truck driver, or better still if u care a lot go ahead with the 100-200 bucks extra and go with a company that proactively follows up on ur vehicle.

Good luck!

We think Susan of Texas and now Washington is a great American whose patience and understanding we appreciate. Glad her car got there in fine shape and in a timely manner. Also happy she appreciates that we don't use high pressure tactics like so many other competitors.
