I had been searching everywhere for a particular brand of truck with a certain engine size, I finally found and purchased the truck but unfortunatly it was from a dealership that was over 2,100 miles from my hometown in Canada. After a failed attempt to to get my truck transported to my front door by a broker whom the dealership had highly recommended I sought quotes from no fewer than five auto transport companies in orderto have my vehicle delivered to a small U.S. boarder town only twentyfive miles from my home and I would do the import paperwork myself. Direct Express Auto Transport gave my the best price, provided a clear bottom line cost for their services and they stuck to their quote, no hidden costs. The assigned driver Oleg kept in good contact by cell phone advising me of his current locations and was able to pin point an ETA to my drop off location. Oleg and his partner Eugene were right on time and the delivery went very well. The only set backs I was aware of were that Oleg encountered bad winter weather all throughout the northern U.S. and had suffered both a flat tire AND a police search of all the vehicles on board his rig the night before the original delivery date.understandably this delayed the delivery by a day. no biggie! Bottom line is I'm very happy with the service provided and I will certainly contact D. E. A. T. again in the future if required, I have already recommended them to friends and co workers. I saved almost a thousand dollars from what I was originally going to pay a broker.. of course I happy! To Oleg and Eugene..thank you! stay safe and many happy trails to you! To the ladies in the front office, thank you for allowing me to vent about my bad broker experience( sorry), keep up the good work!
