My experience with Direct Express Auto Transport was pretty smooth. I really liked how quick and easy it was to do the order online. When I called about further information the staff were very courteous and helpful. The process of getting my car to where I am now was very easy. The driver really made an effort in updating us when he picking up and dropping off my car and if he was running late, he made sure to let me know! My car did come back somewhat dirty but that was expected since it was being carried by an open carrier. I loved the fact that the service was literally from door to door. I will definitely use them again when I have to ship my car again in the near future :)!!
