I honestly feel like this group of people tried to ruin our lives. We certainly lost a lot of money because of them. We also suffered a great deal of stress in what should have been a simple business transaction. We gave these women a deposit on DEC. 12th for our volvo to be delivered to California by JAN. 5th at the latest. The company said our car would be picked up Dec 26 or 27. We changed family travel plans to accommodate the pick-up. It had not been picked up by the 29th and we began a daily process of calling these very horrible people who were alternately condescending, rude, and simply disinterested. Our son needed the car to begin his internship in LA as part of his senior year in college. We had to sign papers stating that he would have a car available by Jan. 7th. In desperation I finally asked if any of the women who run the company were mothers who could understand the position I was in and try to help. This was on Jan 4th. They actually told me to get a grip. Our car was never picked up. I contacted another company #1 Auto Transport, Saturday Jan 5th. They had our car picked up Monday, Jan 7th. If I can save one person from having the horrible experience we did with this company I would be happy. If I could save 100 I would be ecstatic. There are a lot of companies; pick ANY ONE BUT THIS!

Our outstanding reputation and thousands of satisfied customers speak for itself. We are sorry that customer Sallie Swor is dissatisfied with the service. Actually we did assign a carrier on January 7th but Ms. Swor turned it down. Sallie told us she would not be in LA until January 3rd to receive the vehicle, yet wanted it there by January 5th. We told her that tiny window could not be guaranteed, especially over the holidays. We wish Sallie Swor lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
