Low Ball Price meant car wasn't picked up

Car was available for pick up 22 days and because they set a low ball price with me I had to switch to another company. had they set the correct price upfront I would have a rental car bill totalling my transportation cost. They did refund my deposit.
This is a sleazy industry with bait and switches going on all over the place to get your business. Don't give any security deposits, just eventually get picked up with a good fair price and then talk to the drivers for the real price and delivery times. Most of these companies are brokers and do not own the trucks your being transported on.
You pay for what you get is the old motto which holds true.

Our outstanding reputation and thousands of satisfied customers speak for itself. We are sorry that customer Andrew Drewatolitsch is dissatisfied with the service. Contrary to his assertion, his carrier price of $1,225 from Connecticut to Utah was plenty high enough. The problem is that few drivers are going there from the east in the winter. We wish Mr. Drewatolitsch lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
