I scheduled with Direct Express four days prior to my leaving for Florida. I made arrangements for my son to meet the driver at my home in NY once the transport carrier was assigned and I arranged a rental car in Florida for the 2 weeks I believed I would be without my car. (One week or so to be assigned a transport carrier and picked up and a few days to arrive at my destination).
Two days after I booked I was contacted by both Direct Express and the transport company for pickup. My car was picked up and professionally loaded by the driver Mack. He promised that he would have my car delivered the day I arrived in Florida so I canceled the rental car. As promised he arrived at my home in Florida on time. My car was not damaged and I will definitely use Direct Express again. I have already recommended them to several of my friends.
