We live in a "relatively" remote city of Texas. Several months ago we hired another company to deliver the car from California to our home, we got a lot of troubles. Initially no driver want to deliver the car until the last pick up day. The driver asked to add $50. We agreed because we need the car be pick up ASAP. When he picked up the car, he asked us driving the car to one mall having big parking space (because he drove a big truck). It's the late night and away from home. My son's girlfriend need ask another friend accompany with her to that place. When the driver arrived in Texas, he assigned one place which is also away from our home or working place to deliver the car. Our friend need his girlfriend drove him there (because we are out of town at that time), and drove the car to our home. So this September we decided to hire Direct Express to deliver our car from Texas to Illinois. Although it's still the final pick up day for one driver to sign in, he didn't ask for more money. His truck park in front of our apartment, so we don't need to drive to another place for pick up. He even drove our car to his truck because there is a short distance between our unit and his truck. I only need to sign the document in front of my unit. He said he will arrive in Illinois in two days. He really did and deliver the car in front of my younger son's apartment. We are very appreciated for Direct Express honest advertisement. It saves us a lot of troubles. Their customer service is also very good. We called in to ask when will they pick up the car during the waiting period, they gave me honest and straightforward answer. I will say this is a reliable company. Thank you very much.
