I was very pleased with every aspect of shipping my daughter's car to California. The representatives in the office were courteous and made sure that they answered all of my questions.
The driver of the carrier, Wayne, also did an excellent job. He was very informative when he picked up the car in Washington, and he kept in contact with my daughter in California so she did not have to be concerned about when the car would arrive.
This is the first time that I shipped a car. The price was fair and the car was picked up on time and it arrived on time. Direct Express Auto Transport exceeded my expectations.
