This was the best experience from start to finish. I was quoted AT LEAST $100 more for the transport by 8 - 10 other companies (some cases over $300 more) so they were the best price by far.
The girls (Customer Service Reps) on the phone made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions every time I called. Customer Service is VERY BIG with me...even bigger than the product / service. I need to know a company stands behind their product and / or service...and Direct Express Auto Transport does that and more. The Driver could not have been nicer and more caring about my vehicle. The vehicle was picked up a few days BEFORE the scheduled time and delivered a few days BEFORE as well. I will be using and recommending Direct Express Auto Transport from now on.
...and I was not "paid" to place this review. I was waiting for the opportunity to tell people what a great experience I had...and this is it.
