I was surprised how smooth this process was. Our car was transported from California to Texas. The carrier, Shipping Experts was assigned promptly and the pick up was on time. The driver contacted us a day before delivery and delivered the vehicle on time, as promised in good condition. Customer service folks at Direct Express were very responsive and knowledgeable on all my questions such as, insurance details and pick up scheduling. I highly recommend this company.
