This was my first time shipping a car to another state. I called Direct Express a couple of times before I actually booked the shipment to ask questions. The women who answered the phone were extremely helpful and patient with me. The entire process was explained to me and I felt comfortable booking the shipment with this company. The driver called me within two days of my order and arrived at exactly the time he said he would. The car arrived in Florida from PA the next day at exactly the time he said it would. It was in the exact same condition as it was when it left. No damage or problems. The whole process could not have been more perfect. I felt the price was reasonable also. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Everyone I came in contact with from this company was kind, polite and professional.
