They suck

LISTEN TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Look at the green dots most of their positive reviews were compensated. Even on yelp, negative reviews same story. To keep it short,
I gave them the available dates then of coarse they told me their policy no guaranteed pickup/delivery dates. Then they say "we usually try to have a driver there within 1-3 days of the available date and you are in a busy area so you should be fine." Bottom line is when they don't come through they throw the policy in your face.
Two weeks later, still not even assigned a driver, THEY cancel my order without a call or email. I find out when i call to cancel, they say they emailed but they didn't....
They charge your card in a click of a button but it takes 3 full weeks before they finally refunded my money. I don't know how they are 5 star rated! I called MJ PARKER TRUCKING she had me assigned a driver within a day. Direct Express SUCKS

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Richard Cortez is dissatisfied with the service, but he was informed verbally and in writing upon order entry that we cannot guarantee dates, especially his remote Texas location. Mr. Cortez chose to ignore that and his order was cancelled and deposit returned as normal. We wish Richard Cortez lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
