5 Weeks & Nothing

I called this company and asked them to arrange the transportation of my vehicle 5 weeks ago. To date my vehicle still hasn't shipped. I've dropped them and moved on to another broker. Every time I called there was some excuse. Eventually they refunded $75 of my deposit to make my vehicle look more enticing to the trucking companies. But this still didn't do the trick. I was told I lived too far away from a major city. My car was 20 minutes outside of one of the largest metropolitan cities in the nation. They admitted there were other vehicles as close as 3 miles away from my origination location that were headed on the same route, but that they just couldn't get the trucking companies to pick up my car. I will never use them again, and I'd warn anyone else against falling for their "we get most vehicles on a carrier within 7 days of availability" claim.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Trent Clifton (his name is not Peter) is dissatisfied with the service, but he unfortunately double-brokered with another company for a higher amount, which meant a driver would not take his vehicle for our more reasonable amount. We notice Mr. Cliftons vehicle still has not shipped with the higher priced broker, probably because of the locations. We wish Trent Clifton lots of success in all his future endeavors.
