Direct Express customer service was very prompt and helpful upon initial contact through setting up my pick up. When I had a slight issue and contacted them, my issue was resolved immediatly. Although my vehicle was picked up on Monday instead of the previous Friday, the vehicle was in Arkansas by that Thursday. This service was very efficient and all of the staff is very friendly and professional. If a transport company is needed, I highly recomend Direct Express over most of the others. I have used two others in the past and they were a nightmare. Direct Express will get the job done effeciently and professionally and for a fair price.
