Never ever hire Direct Express Auto Transport!!

I had made arrangements with Direct Express Auto Transport 3 WEEKS before my move. I told them the specific date I needed my two vehicles picked up since we were flying out the next day. I called one week before the date I needed was told schedules were still being worked on. I called three days before my date, once again schedules being worked on. I called two days before my pick up same story. The day of my pick up I get an email that I needed to understand my date fell within their 1-7 day pickup policy after being told for the last week my vehicles were being scheduled for a pickup!! So my vehicles did NOT ever make the schedule for pick up and I had to call another company - National Transport LLC who scrambled and got me a driver the next day. I would advise all of you NOT TO WASTE your time with Direct Express Auto Transport that company is horrible and I am still waiting 2 weeks later for my deposit I gave them.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Dana Cooke is dissatisfied with her shipment from Baton Rouge to Mesa, however, she was informed on the phone and via email order confirmation in advance that we cannot guarantee ship dates. No broker can. Ms. Cooke simply ignored all that, which our other customers easily understand. We wish Ms. Cooke lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
