Ice and snow storm held up delivery and truck could not pick up vehicle. The reason the truck could nto pick up th evehicle was becasue the sender cpould nopt get out opf his house to get the carrier the keys to vehicl;e to be treansported. I worried that things would get upside down because the carrier had to leave the area and could nto get to veicle fopr pick up. without any difficulty, a new carrier was assigned by Auto Transport adn my vehicle was picked up by the new carrier and deliverd to em without any issuers or problems. I did not even have to call to express concern. I just received a new email telling me that a new carrier was assigned for the next day.
