I had three cars to ship from the West Coast to California. They took my order and within a week of my date to transport the car, I called and found out they had sent the wrong infomation to the next level. They had mixed up the dates . They assured me they would take take of it and it was an easy fix. I truest them at the moment. Three days prior to the arranged set up, I called in and they gave me the number and name of the driver of the truck that was going to pick up my Mustang. However, they still had it messed up. The driver said he told autotransport direct that they could not ship the mustang but could ship the Honda. Needless to say, I needed the Mustang. They never apologized for the mix up and couldn't tell me when the car could be ship. It was clear I was going to miss the orginal date. I called another company and got confirmation right away.

I was not very happy. My free advice to call these people and make sure.......however, will never use them They will reimburse me so I'm thankful.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. Yep - the information on the three orders got all jumbled up which was probably our fault, but maybe also Thom, or perhaps a little of both. We did apologize to Mr. Webb and do so again here. We wish Mr. Thom Webb lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
