Horrible experience

I had to cancel my order because I've been waiting for 17 days for the pick but they never call. I've been calling to check the status but all they say is 'will call you as soon as we match you a driver' over and over no reassurance no other explation but the same words over and over.They are not even sure of any possibility when your car can be pick up. When i call to cancel they didn't even ask you why or even say sorry why you end up with the decision. Seems that they are use to this kind of calls. I don't recommend this company!

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry customer Anabel Achas is dissatisfied with the service. Unfortunately there were not 7-10 vehicles starting out in the Pottsdam, PA area heading to Lakewood, CA during the 12 days (not 17) she made it available. Ten percent of the time that happens, which we say upfront. We wish Ms. Achas lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
