Called to set up trucking on the 23rd of November with an available pick-up date of Nov 27th. I rcvd an e-mail on the 27th saying that they assigned a transport company; Gran Turismo Motorsports out of Las Vegas, NV. So 7 days go by without any contact, and the seller of the car I bought is asking me when he can expect the truck because he is trying to schedule out his week. I contact Grand Turismo and they can't find any order with my information; so they agree to call me back when they figure out what happened. So then I contact Direct Express and they are clueless too. I hang up the phone with Direct Express and instantly rcv a call from Gran Turismo; they inform me that they had a truck in TX waiting to get my car but the broker never faxed over the required paperwork and due to their deadlines they had to leave TX without it. (They were very polite and it was not their fault) So I contacted Direct Express again and they agreed that they screwed up but offered no concession. So a truck shows up unannounced to the sellers house on the nite of Dec. 5th. So knowing how long it takes to get from there to here with stops and deliveries I estimate it to arrive on Sat. the 8th of Dec. ...nothing. So I contact them on the 10th and they estimate it arriving either late on the 11th or it could be the 12th, maybe the 13th. I'm in the trucking industry... that is unacceptable.

From now on I'll contact Fed-Ex's enclosed hauler service.

We are sorry for Dustins trouble, though he should know that our computerized efax log file reports a successful transmission of the bill of lading to the driver. Had Dustin been in contact with his designated contact in Texas, he would have known immediately that the ball had been dropped and we would have gotten another driver right away. Fortunately this sort of event is rare, and we are glad that Dustins vehicle is arriving in Nevada in fine condition.
