Luckily for me, the vehicle being shipped was not my primary vehicle. The first available date for pick up was November 3rd, and the vehicle was picked up on December 4th. Since the vehicle is a historic vehicle, I was more concerned with the quality of the delivery, rather than the speed.
Direct Express Auto Transport was great to deal with. They assigned my transport to A&C Auto Transport of Virginia. The big delay in delivery was occurred with the transfer of paperwork from Direct Express Auto to A&C. A&C assumed that Direct Express had already assigned the pick up to someone else, and did not pick up the vehicle. Once I got a correct phone number for A&C from Direct Express, and called A&C myself, the ball was set properly into motion.
A&C called with regular updates, and delivered quickly after the vehicle was picked up.
I would use Direct Express Auto again.
