I arranged for pick up of my son's GMC Yukon Denali on January 9, 2012 for transport from Michigan to Washington. The quoted price was $1284.00. I was told the vehicle would arrive in Washington within 7 to 10 days from the date of the deposit being charged to my credit card. The deposit in the amount of $159.00 was charged on January 9, 2012. After a couple of weeks of not hearing anything from the company I called and was told they were trying to find a driver to pick up the vehicle. They credited my credit card $25.00 and told me that an extra $25 would need to be paid to the driver at the time of delivery. They assured me it would only be a couple more days because there were approximately 40 vehicles in the area needing to be assigned to drivers. After calling a few more times, most recently on February 8, 2012, I am now told that there are not enough vehicles in the area to be able to assign a driver. They are still looking for a driver. They recommended that I drive the vehicle to Detroit, MI to be picked up there. I agreed to this and asked where and when I should deliver the vehicle to Detroit, but again I was told they did not actually have a driver. At that point I cancelled the order and requested a refund of my deposit. I am hopeful that I will receive the refund. I've never been so frustrated with a process. I hope to never have to transport a vehicle again in my life, especially if this company is any indication of how the entire industry is run and I'm beginning to think that it is.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Kimberly Schneider is dissatisfied with the service but all shipments to the state of Washington from the east go slowly in the winter. Once picked up, it takes 7-10 days on the road. It is not 7-10 days from time of order. Meeting in Detroit is faster than shipments from central Michigan. We wish Ms. Schneider lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
