My experience with Direct Express Auto Transport was better then I expected. I priced transportation costs with 3 other auto shippers and Direct Express was the lowest by far! Also, it was the easiest to set up, I did the entire application online and when I called to ask a few questions, the customer service representative answered everything clearly and professionally. The other companies I had contact with were unable to answer simple questions without putting me on hold and bouncing me to multiple representative. The only calls I received were from the driver letting me know he would be picking up my car the next morning (the second day in my pick-up window!) and when he arrived, he was through with his inspection of the car both on pick up and drop off. He gave a full day notice of when he would be dropping the car off, and it was delivered on the earliest estimated date!
Considering how hectic and stressful moving across the country can be, Direct Express Auto Transport made their part very easy. I didn't have to take any extra time jumping through hoops to get them information, the entire process from start to finish was easy and I felt I had all of the information I needed to feel comfortable with the way my car was being handled. Couple that with the price and I am a happy customer!
