I fell in the 10%

I set up my order on 10-2-07 and said they could pick it up on 10-8-07 (ok a holiday). After a week I called and they said they're sorry I fall in the 10% that didn't get delivered in the first week. On day ten I called and they still had no end in sight. I called another transport company (Specialty) and in two hours they had my car picked up and on its way to me. I promptly called Direct Express and cancelled them and asked for a refund on my credit card. They said they would take care of it. On 11-2-07 I still hadn't received my refund(?). I called and they said that they didn't know why it hadn't been taken care of(?) I did receive another call that day assuring me it was taken care of. So I hope you don't fall in that 10%. Everyone I spoke to was professional. I just didn't get my car delivered from them.

We like the way Brett expresses himself. He's a gentleman. But it's not quite apples to apples because Brett paid the other guy $145 more. Shipments to upstate Pennsylvania sometimes are that way and can fall in the 10% that don't go as fast. We could have added $145 more too, but we thought Brett wanted it done more competitively.
