I phoned Direct Express Autotransport and they contacted Timely Transport from Lakeview, Michigan. The service was great and on time. I contacted them on Friday for an available pickup date of Monday. I was contacted Monday morning via email that my vehicle had been assigned a carrier. The SUV was picked up Monday around supper. The driver called and gave plenty of notice as to his probable arrival time(4-5 hours) then called again once he was within one hour. He arrived on time and picked up the vehicle. Once on his way, I contacted him to ask for an approximate arrival at the destination drop. He said he should make it by Weds mid afternoon. He called me again on Weds morning to give me an approximate time. Then he called me again once he was a couple of hours away. We got to the destination about 3 minutes before he did, so he was right on time. Accurate time was very important to me because I live one hour away from where we met so it was great that he was on time. Upon arrival the driver was very friendly and the SUV was in great shape. The trancaction was smooth and painless. I would definitely use them again. My total cost for1125 miles was $850. I was very satisfied with the whole process.
