I contracted with Direct Express after my moving agent, Neighbors Moving and Storage, messed up and forgot to book and confirm my auto transport through them, and in dealing with the error, quoted a new price which would have exacted a premium for short-term booking, adding insult to injury in that I would have been charged an extra $300 for their error. I refused and requested they find a supplier who would match the original quote and timeframe. Neighbors then established my connection with Direct Auto Transport, who offered the service at the original price I had expected to pay. I dealt thereafter with Ashley at Direct, who was very professional, courteous, and responsive. Although it took a few days longer than initially estimated for them to find a company to pick up in Savannah, GA, they did come through and contracted Frontline Auto Transport for the pickup and delivery. Frontline was also very pleasant, prompt to contact, and professional. I was very pleased with both Direct and Frontline, including all personnel I dealt with, and would recommend both to anyone.
