This was my second time using Direct Auto, and I was once again pleased with the whole process. I was disappointed when the driver charged me a extra $200 for extra weight because I had my car packed with stuff, but I understood why. With all the transport horror stories that are out there, It is nice to know that your vehicle is in good hands with these guys.
