Direct Express had to find a replacement auto transporter after the 1 st one never called or showed for a week. The customer service was very helpful and promptly located a new shipper within minutes after I called to see what the delay was.
The second transporter came on time and only took one week to arrive from the Pacific Northwest to the Midwest.
Car was in excellent condition and the service was just fine. I would use this company again for shipping a vehicle, just make sure to call them right away if the transporter does not confirm the pick up of your car within a few days after ordering.
I also found there price to be much better then other shipping companies for door to door service and the short length of time it took to receive the car.
