I called Direct Express and within 2 hours I received a call from PK Lines saying they could pick up the same day. That is great service. I could not send it that early since no one would be there to accept the auto. So we made accurate dates for the journey. They picked up right on time and delivered the auto 7 days later. The car came clean, in great condition. I would absolutely use Direct Express again. Thanks again, Direct Express. Norman
