I was a little hesitant at first when I saw that it's contracted to another place. The only way I knew that was that it was a different company name that I had the money order made to. However, I assume that Direct chooses the companys wisely because the service that I experienced was above average on what I expected. The pick-up and delivery both were earlier than expected. The driver constantly stayed in contact with me. He made sure that delivering it early was okay and also offered to deliver it @ work for me if that was more convenient. We stuck with the orginial plan and that was only because he was able to deliver it @ 6:30 in the morning, on time, so I wouldn't be late for work. Overall this was a pleasant experience...no complaints.
