I had tried to work with another company before I turned to Direct Express. Needless to say, my moving schedule was delayed for over a week by the other company. At the end, I contacted the sales rep at Direct Express, and they assigned me a driver the following week. The communication was excellent with the driver, and he seems to be a very honest and trustworthy. Pick up and delivery were prompt. Their price quote may not be the cheapest on the market, but if you want your car to be delivered on schedule at a reasonable/fair price, you can't go wrong by choosing Direct Express. I've been very happy with their service, and definitely would use again.
