Excellent experience! The pick up and drop off were seemless. We had done the same move 1 year ago and the carrier we used was constantly changing the day and time of pick up and there was damage to the vehicles as well. This time, I was called within a day of submitting the request, the vehicle was picked up the next day, and delivered within 4 days. They called me and gave me a time for pick up and they lived up to the committment. I would refer them to my friends and family.
