My car was transported from Gulf Shores AL to San Francisco CA. It took over two weeks to get an initial call, but after they noticed it was taking a bit too long, they offered to give up part of their share to increase the driver's take home. This helped because I immediately got a call the next day. Everything was smooth sailing after that. Note: the reason for the delay is primarily the remote location the car originated from. I've used this company 3 times in the past from larger cities and never had a problem. I highly recommend.
