I was impressed when I saw my car. The car was very clean. Since it was a long distance transportation, I supposed my car would become dirty. My car is a almost new car and it turned out it was just like new after long distance transporation. And absolutely no damage.
The customer service is nice. The woman called me one day before the actual delivery date. She told me where the truck was and when I could expect to get my car. I think sometimes good customer service is more useful than a high-tech tracking system. Like AutoTransportDirect.com, they don't have a fancy tracking system, but their customer service just performed beter than a cold software.
The driver was good too. He drove my car from a nearby parking lot to my place because the road is not bigger enough for truck. Then he walked back (10 minutes walking). It was 100F that day and the driver was sweating. Really hardworking.
